The front desk had better things to answer.

Guests kept returning to the desk because room Wi-Fi dropped out.

The situation, the work, the difference.

Saturday check-in was already busy. In this example, guests were coming back downstairs with the same question: why did the Wi-Fi work in the lobby but disappear in their rooms? The front desk was troubleshooting phones instead of helping people settle into their stay.

Acuuis started where the problem happened. We checked room coverage, busy areas, access point placement, and the cables feeding the equipment. A bigger internet package would not fix a bad connection between floors. The plan combined cabling corrections with better access point placement and a clear boundary between guest devices and the systems running the hotel. Changes were staged around occupied rooms, then checked from the places guests actually connected.

The effect was felt at the desk. Staff could handle arrivals instead of repeating the same restart instructions. Guests could get on with their evening, and hotel systems had a more deliberate network behind them. The handover also gave staff a useful next step when a connection did misbehave. This is an illustrative example; property details and the outcome need confirmation before it becomes a customer story.
